Our talented bakers are Bernardo and Fabian. They have over 35 years of combined experience baking the most delicious pan dulce, pastries and cakes. Over these many years they have learned to craft all the favorites from Mexico's, Guatemala's and El Salvador's pan dulce. Our cakes have been beautifully handcrafted by one of the best pastry chefs in the valley, Fabian.
